A horrible, horrible PPV so far tonight. A few bright spots in the Punk/Mysterio match (glad Joey Mercury is back) and the Edge/Jericho match (however, pinfalls and submissions should not be allowed in cage matches...ever). Highlight of the night was Miz on the microphone yelling at Teddy Long.

Cena and Bore-tista is next for the final match. Ugh...why did I order this show? This is what happens when I get bored.

My bro and I order Royal Rumble, WrestleMania and Summer Slam...I'll read about the rest on prowrestling.com just for this reason. And why is Jack Swagger World Heavyweight Champion???

Well at least this appears to be Bore-tista final match if what I am reading is true so you have just watched History. As I put Batista right up there with the Legends like (Doink the Clown, Red rooster and Barry Horowitz)

Too soon...he's done nothing memorable to make his name as a champion. I see him being big, but I think they'll make the mistake of making him a weak champion (he's already getting pinned by everyone in non title matches).

That's the thing that drives me nuts these days. Since Swagger has been champ, he's been pinned twice (cleanly) by John Morrison, I believe once by Edge (cleanly), and by Orton in the tag match (cleanly). Last night's win over Orton (who somehow is the #1 contender even though Morrison and Edge both beath Swagger first) was the first decent showing he's had since winning the belt and he had to drop Orton on a chair to do it.

I think it's Vince and management making sure the kid will be a good foot soldier and do the job when asked...but ultimately it does nothing for the product or the championship. He won't have the belt very long. He will probably improve a lot (as did Orton after his first title run) but seeing him and others in WWE right now makes me miss managers. perfect way to get guys over with no personality, plus managers always seemed to be good fodder for making feuds more personal between wrestlers.

This first run by Swagger is a carbon copy of Kurt Angle's first run were he lost in Non title matches but win when the title is on the line(but not clean wins).
