When did Topps ever reprint the Hull RC on traditional card stock? They didn't, and this is why it's a counterfeit and not a reprint.
For example, the 2001-02 Parkhurst Reprints are reprints since the In The Game had the right to reproduce them. When the Viper Cards scumbags made a 1951-52 Parkie "reprint", it was actually a counterfeit item since they did not have permission or the licensing necessary.
It should also be noted that a "basement company" created a "RepliCard" version of the Hull RC (along with several other key vintage hockey cards) around 1991. They at least went to the lengths of making the back different enough where you would have a hard time being fooled. There's one on Ebay at the moment
