Faked Printing Plates?

I have never seen an UD plate (ASIDE FROM UD I AND UD II) ever come 'naked'...

Victory are like UD plate, they don't come from The cup... so no card board

Victory had plates available that year. They don't have the framed borders that you are alluding to, mainly because they were in victory and not through the cup release. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Exactly, same as the plates from Parkhurst Champions as well.
