Fall Expo: UD Redemptions announcement

I spoke directly with Karvin Cheung of Upper Deck today to find out what's going on for Expo. There will be two booth redemptions for UD at Fall Expo.

1) UD1/Priority Signings - Bust a box of UD1 at the UD booth, get a Priority Signings Autograph. Usually a pretty good array of players. Although nothing's been officially announced, I expect there will be a limit of one box per person per day.

2) Flair Showcase - Bust a box of Flair Showcase at the UD booth, get a Malkin Flair Showcase Update card. I would expect the same one box per person per day limit on this as well.

Hope this helps. As a personal aside -- I'm a strong buyer of Priority Signings autographs, so come on by with whatever you pull. I'll likely be interested.

UD officials have confirmed that 2006-07 Upper Deck Series 1 will be live at the event, running Nov. 11-13 at the International Centre. Collectors opening a box of the product at the Upper Deck booth will receive one autographed Priority Signings card. Among the confirmed signers in this series are Sidney Crosby, Gordie Howe, Dion Phaneuf, Alexander Steen, Jason Spezza, Wendel Clark, Martin Brodeur and Wayne Gretzky.

More signers are expected to be confirmed shortly.
