Favorite set you've built that's non-auto, non-memorabilia?

I've been a set collector since the 80's and thinking back I've had so many over the years so i'll have to say my favorite is what ever set i'm working on at the time. Right now it's the 1994-95 score dream team and team Canada inserts, gorgeous sets can't wait till they're done gonna be awesome. I'll have to do a s&t when i have them all in hand.

BOTH of the 600-card, Pacific Complete sets. 100 cards in each of 6 different Pacific releases. First you had to find people who broke Pacific boxes and then people who had the ones you needed. I worked with a person on the West Coast and did a lot of small purchases.

I wish I had the discipline to complete a set or subset. Everytime I start, I get bored and toss em into the selling bins. I get bored extremely quickly and I am still surprised that I am able to concentrate on my Wendel and Belak collections. Kudos to all of of you for your dedication to the completionist (sp?) ideology

When I first started collecting in 04-05, I decided to do the Canadian Exclusives of the Upper Deck series 1 from that year. The base set is numbered to /50 for 1-180 and /25 for 181-210.

I have two sets of the /50 base set from 1-180. Too many to scan reasonably. Here's the first set of /25 for the numbers 181-210

If someone has some, feel free to drop me a line.

My favourite set is 97-98 Donruss Preferred doing a master set with all promos! I have not completed precious metal, not all gold tins + if there is promo tins, also looking if there is more that 2 Line of the Times promo! When I get it completed it will be a big show and tell!

Good call! Didn't remember this one. I did both sets too, and it wasn't an easy task. Some Pacific products people opened a ton, but other 100 card portions were a pain to put together.

1997-1998 Pacific Crown Royale is my favorite set of all-time. Nearing completion on the Lamplighters set, but, so far, this is my favorite.

The one I have the fondest memories of was the 00-01 Private Stock Retail set, with the rookies /230. I was so happy when I grabbed the Havlat, Gabby and Klesla.
