I think it's because the die cut is to small... Its cutting off the silver outline.

Too bad it has a sticker autograph, kills the value in my opinion.

It's a decent looking card. It should be hard-signed (ALL shield card should be) and Panini making the die-cut too small is inexcusable; very poor planning on their part.
