Flashback Fabrics Question

On the first say 05-06 SPx went live I bought 3 boxes and got a Peca flashback fabrics redemption. I redeemed it that night and waited...and waited and well waited. Well this week I got an envelope from UD with an O'Sullivan Ultimate rookie auto and Pushkarev Ultimate auto. I saw that they had shifted my Peca to shipped and I had no other redemptions waiting. So if for about a year the autos were in cards in production please wait and now they sent me a replacement....umm what happened?
If it has to do with them running out, why wasnt I one of the first ones to get one since I put in my redemption on the first day it was live?

if you have the envelope the redemption code should be above your address.

check it to the Peca redemption # on UD's website and you will have your confirmation!

Peca signed a bunch (which were packed out - I got one in a pack) and then stopped... not sure why. If you want a real copy, they pop up on eBay once in awhile. At least you got something useful for your card. I'm still holding a redemption card too for that card.

I have seen some ebay too, thats the weird thing. Well no I didnt get anything useful, I guess I could put them under buy/sell or trade section and see what I get. Thanks

I'd take an O'Sullivan auto over a Peca any day...

The same thing happened with the Gretzky All-Star Flashback... some were packed out, but 9 were redemptions... which is why the boys at Beckett show /9 as the print run, which is completely incorrect (I got my Gretzky in a pack too). Not sure why guys hold off on signing... it's not like Peca is considered a superstar anymore...

Well I just wanted the Flashback Fabrics. Maybe I should go and buy a few boxes of 06-07 SPX and try my luck at getting a Flashback Fabrics...

I've always been a fan of the Flashback fabrics. Last year I went through 10 boxes or so, not a single one. This year, 2 boxes, 2 flashback autos.

I'd say you did well, but definitely try your luck if you want a FF. dacardworld has them boxes of this year's SPX for less than 60, so now is the time to buy.

last year's were on per case... 14 boxes in a case... so if you want one from last year, don't buy the wax... grab them off ebay or through a trade... i have a couple left I think - McDonald, Luongo & Cheevers maybe?
