Flickr ques..can someone help with creating New Alums

Hi,
I have only JUST started a Flickr account, however am not familiar with adding news Folders & pics.
What I’d like to do is display my collection in albums by year with pics.
I’ve tried though have been a bit unsuccessful with adding pics.
Can anyone either give some suggestions of how to do this?

Try going under "You", then "Organize". You can then easily create new albums and move things around. The main thing to understand, is that once you upload a pic or scan, it remains in Photostream, but you can copy them into other albums from there.

The only trouble I seem to be having when creating a new album. When I put in the name of the Album and Discription it doesn’t save yet..then I try to move a picture into the
“Drag items here to edit them as a batch.
You can then change any attributes or create a new album”
However the picture doesn’t show up. the picture doesn’t get dropped or displayed. Am I not doing this correctly? Or..
Does this need to be done using a computer instead of a tablet?

That's a good question. I only ever use my computer, so can't really help you there. It does sound like you are doing it correctly though.

Same, I only ever use my computer when using Flickr.


If you jump on your computer, and follow the information above, I'm sure you'll be creating new albums left and right in no time at all.
