He was one of the most underrated players of all time. He will definitley be missed in the hockey world! It figures though, just as I start to collect his cards he goes and does something foolish like retiring.

Just kidding. Ron Francis will go down as one of the most underrated players in NHL history. One of the game's best all-round players who never got invited to play for his country. He's a slam-dunk HOF'er.

This is the part that stinks the most about not having the season last year. A lot of these guys might have been on farewell tours, with one last chance to see them play and remember them by....now they just fade away.

Ron was a great player, sad to see him go.

Arguably the most underrated player in any sport...EVER! Unbelievable class of 2007 though. MacInnis, Stevens, Messier, Francis. They're all first ballot players.

Hmm.... not so sure it's these guys who should be blamed for that. I don't think guys like Messier and Francis were the ones complaining about salaries since they knew they were almost done.

Damphousse on the other hand... god I hate that guy.
