Howdy y'all and Happy Thanksgiving to our American friends!
So every now and then I have the need to break a couple of boxes, and as I've done in the past I'd love to send the cards to good homes for anyone who could use them for your PC's.
Feel free to post up what you'd be interested in - whether it's individual players, teams, subsets, or anything else. If only one person is interested in a given card, it's yours! If multiple people are interested I'll do my best to do a fair random drawing - giving more weight to folks with more specific needs. If you're selected, I'll send the card anywhere in the world, just want them to go to a collector who'll appreciate them.
I'll post up the results towards the end of the weekend, so get your requests in before then, and hope I can give a few folks an early Christmas.
EDIT - The boxes have been broken, while i didn't hit any spectacular 1/1 Nameplate or Lumbergraph type of hits, hopefully the following make their way to good homes...
Patrick Roy Complete Stick goes to - Dominator who was looking for Complete Stick cards!
The CuJo / Grant Fuhr goes to - goalieguy01 who is (obviously) a fan of goalies
A nice quad Gretzky, Kurri, Messier, Fuhr goes to - t-rex604 who was looking for a Gretzky
While he played in Toronto, I still have fond memories of his spectacular save percentages early in his career with the Blues, CuJo goes to - gobluesgo
The Peter and Paul Stastny couldn't go to a better home than - geschrocks33!
And last but not least, we had a couple of requests for the Beezer and a Panthers request as well, the Vanbiesbrouck goes to - hen44jay
I'll PM the lucky recipients in the next day or two, or feel free to PM me your addy - wish I could have hit more goodies for everyone's Christmas stockings, but I'll be sure to bust another few boxes sometime next year, and hope we can brighten a few more HI members' day.
