Friesen now a Capital

Great trade for Washington. NJ need to get under the cap (which they still haven't) so we will see more from them. Washington adds a speedy forward that can score and should help the young guns out. Look forward to seeing him in a washington jersey.

So Greg (g-force), washington should make for some nice patches!!!

Friesen will have a lot more responsibility with the Caps, and he'll be a lock to improve on his dismal 03/04 stats.

I think Friesen is a great pickup for the caps. I was kinda worried that they were going to be all young guys with the scattered veteran here or there. This isn't a huge change, but it helps a bit.
