I have 15 sets of 06/07 H&P (1-150) here.
Willing to sell quite cheap if someone wanted all of them at once (makes it easier for shipping

Starting at $12 per set + actual mailing cost.
Mailing has been about $7.50 for Canada on these + $1 for a box. US is a bit higher at $10 mailing +$1 for the box. Worldwide, I'd have to check the Post Office for a quote
I'd like to move these out before the 08/09 stuff really starts coming in...need to make space!
