SABRES (38-28-9) at MAPLE LEAFS (34-32-10)

TV: MSG-B (HD), SNET-O (HD)

Last 10: Buffalo 6-3-1; Toronto 5-4-1

Season series: Sixth and final meeting of the season between these Northeast Division rivals. The Sabres won the first three but the Maple Leafs have taken the last two, including a 4-3 victory at the Air Canada Centre on March 12, with Phil Kessel netting the decisive goal. Kessel leads all scorers with 3 goals.

Big story: Tuesday's game represents a last-gasp effort for Toronto in its bid to make the playoffs. If the Sabres win in regulation they would take a nine-point lead over the Maple Leafs, who will have just five games remaining. However, if the Leafs win in regulation they would close the deficit to five points and still have a fighting chance, though the Sabres will still hold a game in hand.

Let's Go Buffalo....
Any win now i agreat postive building block for the playoffs.

Stafford--Gerbe and Vanek 3-1

Why Can't Buffalo take the intiaative and WIN a game that would possibly take them to the next level of winning? They could have gained points to tie with the RANGERS and tomorrow's game would have been a bit more interesting to try and pass in points..instead we have to sit with this sour taste of a game....

Defiantly will not prdict a score again..pulled this one oout of my arse but was feeling nervous...should have known which team was going to show up

That was the WORST flop I have ever seen by Reimer. Disgraceful.

You sound as if that's limited to just him. Have you ever seen Dwayne Roloson take a flop? He acts like he's been shot if someone so much as grazes him. Or what about Dominik Hasek? He dove Everytime a player was near him. Cutis Joseph wasn't much better. And your own Tim Thomas has his fair share of hissy fits and ice greetings when he gets grazed.

Virtually all goalies do it and it happens practically every night in some game

Thanks for saving me the breath. No bigger "PUSS" than Thomas.
Floppin' like Michael Phelps.Hell, when he flips after a goal and slaps
his stick off the bar(I say slaps because he's yet to smash one) he looks
like the "BIGGEST DISGRACE" to ever slap on the pads.Everytime after
a game winning goal against he does this. And Reimer is a disgrace.I
guess he has plenty of company.I'm just saying!!!

So your saying that Thomas "flops" because he gets angry after he gives up a goal? Because he's a competitor and gets into the game? Tukkaa is way over the top, but definitely not Timmy. And this has what to do with falling like a sack of rocks when your not even touched, because I don't see any connection.
