I agree with most everything you said except that Philly is built for the playoffs. I disagree with that, but its hard to argue given their run right now. They could not have beat the Penguins or Capitals in the playoffs, but they did not have to....so again, nothing to argue there

That is pure conjecture. We will never know if they could have beaten them. I'll play devils advocate here. Montreal beat Pittsburgh and Washington and Philly destroyed Montreal. I would have bet my life that the Flyers would have taken out the Pens. Pitt under-acheived all year and was very inconsistent. Flyers got hot at the right time.

Washington, i don't know. But given their lack of scoring against the Habs, that was tailor-made for Philly.

Bottom line is Philly will prolly hoist the Cup.

no, its not conjecture, it is my opinion. My opinion is based on the play between the two teams in the season. The Pens own the Flyers and will continue to next year as well.
