GDT Kings Vs Thrashers Oct 12

Dustin Brown 900 goals in a 900-1 win (Dustin Brown's 1 missed shot will go into the EN on a delayed penalty against Atlanta). He will fight and destroy every Thrasher during 1 stoppage. While in the box for 5 minutes, he will handcraft 19,000 Dustin Brown bobbleheads to give to the fans. But he has no assists, therefore no Gordie Howe hat trick, and considers the night a personal underachievement.

After 2 periods it's 1-0 for the thrashers. kings gotta get some offense going. At least they picked up the physical play.

yea, i got him also, i knew he was gonna pick up loads of W's this year.
but hey, a wins and win and the kings did it!
ya know, after the first 2 periods i thought smyth looked pretty bad out there, i was watching him (being a veteran) and just didnt see alot of jump in him, but then again not alot of jump in the kings the first 2 periods. Im very happy to see the resiliancy the kings showed. good sign for a young team not to lay down and take the loss.

Vancouver on friday! Should be a great game!

I have to admit also, i'd really like to have seen brayden schenn on the first line with kopitar. Loktionov did about as good as every other kings last night, but I would like to think the line would have done better :)

Sure hope schenn makes game 10 :beer:

I think Schenn is safe to stay on the big club. The guy should have 3 goals already but he just misses. Pucks will start to go in!
