Finally a good game. Well it's a good game if you're not a fan of defense. Packers tie it up at 38 all with 10:57 left in the fourth quarter.

Any opinions on the perceived blown call on the final play where the refs could have called face mask or roughing the QB? At the time it happened I didn't notice, but it was clear as day on the replay. I know it's a fast game, but with that many refs on the field you would think they would see that when it happened. Not to mention the play where the Arizona defender put his helmet right into Rodgers chin and there was no call. I give Rodgers a ton of credit on that one, he got blown up but he didn't run around begging for a flag like a lot of the prima donna QB's we see in the league today (are you listening Tom Brady).

Either way, highly entertaining game. Best of the opening round in my opinion.

You know , i watched the replay a few times , and the official in the backfield who would have normally thrown the flag is clearly seen scrambling for his turnover marker , and not looking at the QB anymore. I think he had given up on the play , and can see where it was missed. Rodgers will come back with avengeance!

Hell of a game and the only decent one of the weekend. I feel sorry for Rodgers as he played well enough to win. I was under the impression Green Bay's defense was a little better than that. They sure looked lost at times out there.

I believe the Packers were the second highest rated defense in the NFC, or maybe even second over all in the NFL. I was surprised the Cards moved the ball as easily as they did, but they did the same thing to teams in last years playoffs. And to do it without Boldin, wow. I can't wait for the matchup between the Cards and Saints, if the Pack and Cards combined for 96, how much will Brees and Warner put up this weekend? :dizzy:
