my first gameday thread on this site. i didnt see one for saturdays game, i guess preseason isnt that important. but it is gonna be the first game as a ranger for naslund, zherdev, and redden which should be a little interesting. i know its only preseason...but hockeys hockey lol

Should be interesting for Redden especially... Rangers will be decent this year. More depth at forward and an overall better defense. Good luck!

Boring, but it is pre-season. I laughed like a little girl when Nedved scored. Auld is even worse than I thought. Maybe he should try stand up instead of butterfly.

Leafs and Sabres are on now, going to watch that for a bit.

Nedved looks very good out there. I wouldent know why you wouldent want him on the Rangers.

2-1 final. not too bad of a game. zherdev looked good, naslund looked good, dubinsky looked good for a second game. i was hoping for more out of sanguinetti, especially after i was excited by how good del zotto looked saturday. nedved looked surprisingly good lol. i guess thats it

If only Voros could finish, but it's pre-season. He's had a lot of chances to bury the puck, so far.

Why do I need to calm down? I'm just telling you get used to it. He has been awful defensively the last 2 years. He may be good on the PP but he struggles in his own end. Believe me, I saw it alot...

Matt Zaba? If so, he used to practice with our team when we needed an extra goalie. Really nice kid.

im pretty sure the main reason the rangers were interested in redden was for the atrocious powerplay anyway. i dont mind him being a little weak in his own end if he can quarterback the pp and add some life to it...

I said to calm down because it is Pre-season Hockey. Not because you think he is bad defensivly. I guess time will tell.
