Most NHL goalies in the NHL have nic names they go by. Or that is located somewhere on their goalie masks. I’m going to start off with this years goalies. As you post the names which they have I will be updated the list as well as adding more names.
Let’s get started here are this years 2011-12 goalies

It's hard to sit down and invent nicknames. History provides us with any number of magnificent sobriquets that simply presented themselves when the time was right: Battlin' Billy Smith, Red Light Racicot, Beachball Essensa...
 
Hiller-players call him Hillsy,
Fans call him- darth hiller from his all black mask or hiller the shark/puck killer

Peter Budaj = "Best Seat at the Bell Centre" - I kid, but he is regularly called Flanders.

Doesn't really compare to some of the great nicknames of gardiens de but pour les Canadiens of the past.
Patrick Roy - "Casseau"
Lorne Worsley - "Gump"
Jocelyn Thibault - "TBo"
Jose Theodore - "Three or More" - this one came late in his Habs tenure, up to that he was simply "Theo"
Andre Racicot - "Red Light"
Georges Vezina - "The Chicoutimi Cucumber"
