Good traders - Graciousness from HI members

A while back I won this auction:

However, I ended up getting sent this instead from the same seller:

The cards for the auction I won ended up being mistakenly sent to dburzyn who I believe is a relative newcomer to these boards. He was told by the Ebay seller to not bother trying to send the cards back or to me and to just keep them. Unfortunately the seller didn't run that plan by me.

Dburzyn, not knowing I was supposed to receive those cards, made a post on HI that the lot was available. He had a pending deal for the Spezza SOTT with Gamebreakers. When I contacted Gamebreakers, they agreed to withdraw their offer on the Spezza. Dburzyn agreed to do an exchange so that we would each get the cards we were supposed to get from Ebay (minus the Zetty SOTT that had been already traded before I contact him).

I'd like to give props and thanks to Dburzyn. He ended up with a much better lot of cards and could have easily kept them without worrying about me, but made a point to ensure I got my lot. Through some negotiation with the Ebay seller we both ended up with some extra autos as compensation. Thanks also to Jeff (Gamebreakers) for making sure the Spezza ended up back to me without thinking twice about it.

It's nice to know that being part of these boards can help in situations like these.

While I don't think much of the seller, dburzyn definitely deserves the props. That was also a classy move by Jeff at Gamebreakers, but to be fair you can pretty much expect them to be a class act 24/7.

The seller did act like an idiot, but to his credit ended up sending me a Steen SPA AU RC to make up for the Zetterberg , and an extra Kesler UD ICe auto and Heibling SOTT, and sent dburzyn a Budaj SPx AU RC & Perezoghin Ice auto.

The member who acted the least professional was me, who basically hijacked dburzyn's original trade thread to try and prevent the lot from being dispersed. Apologies for that.
