Got a weird card in the mail....

It's a J.R. Smith UD Finite Signatures card. Appears to be from 04-05, but I can't find the set anywhere. Can't find it listed in his player checklist on Beckett either.

Not sure...probably. Wasn't expecting anything either. I think I redeemed a basketball auto a year or two ago and completely forgot about it.
