have had 2 redemptions in the queue since 02/11, and they are both for Limited gold monikers /10 of Erik Johnson. i had 3, and one got filled, but not the other two. so i decide to call, after EJ had stickers signed for Crown Royale and 11/12 Certified. first time i called, early in the day, got the message machine. called back about 3pm CST and, first ring, Terry picks up. i explained my situation to her and she said she would have to check into it tomorrow, as it was later in the day. she also told me that she is part time and doesn't arrive until 1pm CST, so i should have something in my queue by 3pm. she said if they couldn't get filled, shoot her an email with my desired replacements and she would do what she can. well... before 3pm the next day, the redemptions were listed as shipped. both of 'em... so, Terry Martin, here is your shout-out! you rock! and i will be sending her an email within the next few days to let her know exactly how appreciative i am. maybe even a Christmas card too!
