Good way to explain it. Also, BCCG stands for - Beckett Collector's Club Grading. The slabs are also crap. The cards move around more in those holders than the PSA holders. Very flimsy and will crack and break quite easily. Most of the time, when collectors try to have them crossed-over to BGS slabs they are lucky to get the minimum designation. I.E. a BCCG 10 states on the slab "mint or better." A BCCG 10 might transfer into a BGS 9 (a mint), but would be more likely to get a BGS 8 or 8.5. Though myself, I don't see them going two or three points lower, as someone mentioned. I've even heard of the rare, rare case of a BCCG 10 getting crossed-over into a BGS 9.5. That case is extremely rare, but you never know. A collector/dealer may do the "minimum grade" thing when submitting cards to BGS, but some guy's will submit directly to BCCG instead. I wouldn't waste your time with BCCG, though there are some deals to be had for cards in those slabs, sometimes.
