GTA Deadbeat eBay Seller... Need Help!

Anyone from the Scarbourough or North York area? I'm out $135 US for a Martin Brodeur card... the seller has been given over two months to deliver and no luck. His recent feedback shows he's a loser and a deadbeat.

His information is very misleading... as he instructed me to send payment to Robert Lunczer at one address, but his eBay and PayPal accounts are set-up for Brian Lunczer at another address.

I can PM his information to anyone willing to lend a hand...
