Has anyone dealt with Miraj Trading before?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with these gus, be very careful if you do.

I bid and won a Rocket Richard BOS, they charge a ridiculous $8.00 shipping rate in which they hide it very well in the item description. Next thing they charge GST and I told them to send it to my US addy instead they refused. I questioned their tactics although I don't mind the GST I gotta pay that regardless I didn't appreciate that they hide the $8.00 fee in the item in small writing on the very far right side of their posting. I asked them for a receipt with a GST number and they said ok will send it with the card. I got no receipt I ask them about it again and they said talk to Revenue Canada? I was like what? Anyhow I asked them kindly for my receipt and make sure there is a GST registration number and they said "why you don't charge GST on your sales".

Hmm, these guys left a bad taste in my mouth, not sure if anyone else has any bad experiences or not with them.

Hmmm,

I've dealt with them before and I thought shipping of $5 was high. I guessed they jacked up the price now that the postal fees increased by a penny. It looks like they charge GST without ever remitting it to the government. I think you should take there advice and call reveneu Canada and let them know that they are not disclosing there GST number which I believe is a mandatory process. Look at a receipt you get from the store and it should have that number. My receipt from Canada Post has it on it. If I were you I'd contact Ebay and let them know the gross over charge on shipping and their reluctance to provide proof that they actually collect GST. Even if it doesnt go anywhere it'll make you feel better. Some sellers would do anything for an extra buck...I think this is prime example. Hope all turns out well.

They are an actual store here in Ottawa so I'm sure they have an actual GST number that they use. I'm not sure why they don't want to send it to you.

I had a problem with them when I dealt with them last year. I bought three cards from them on ebay the same day. They invoiced me for two and then invoiced me for a third, with two different shipping charges. I sent them a payment for all three in one shot, and they came back and filed an NPB on me for the third card, saying I never paid for it. All this for a $1.99 sale!

It was investigated and I was cleared, but they have since put me on their blocked list, so I did the same just in case.

I've dealt with them in the past and have found them honest, though exceedingly difficult. For the most part, I simply avoid dealing with them - it's not worth the smell and the mess.

Seems to a common thread here. I just recently won, yeah, you guessed it, a Kurri card. Mailed payment immediately, and within a few days had a NPB filed on me. The NPB even said I had refused to pay. I give all of the specifics to ebay, and Miraj comes back saying, "Oops, our fault". Got the card, but will not be dealing with them again.

Sloppy and lazy/stupid sellers should be singled out.Thanks for the heads up.
In regards to the G.S.T.,they MUST[no if's and's or but's] post the GST number,if they don't,just send Revenue Canada and e-mail.Trust me,they WILL investigate and lay charges.

Agreeed with everyone habby your right sloppy. These tatics from some CND sellers need to stop and I for one will start asking for a GST number or I will not pay it. There Some sellers I know that they are legit shops and have to charge it, and thats fine.

BTW I did check out the auction since I bid on it and lost. He mentioned that the shipping was 4.00 and then indicated that it was 8.00 manidtory???

I don't think I would deal with him/her or them.

I;ve never had a problem with them in getting cards, But I got a big runaround on a 9 dollar card off Ebay. Much easier to deal with another store that seems to occasionally take a peak at these boards.

Yes I thought the shipping was $4.00 as well, it was only a $50 item and I think $8.00 pluss GST making about $15 extra is ridiculous. I know GST is supposed to be paid and I don;t mind that, but I don;t like the way they are going about not providing me a GST number I know by law they must provide it.
