Has anyone ever seen this card?

I have NEVER seen this card. Does anyone know anyone who has one? Or has a picture from somewhere? I am seriously doubting its existence.

I'm deciding whether or not to give up on the set. I've seen every other card in the set, including the Adam Oates error. After over ~10 years of looking, I've only heard stories of maybe seeing one on eBay or with some guy who has no online profile.

The Oates 'error' is the base jersey (#/1225), but it says "Patch Variation" along the side, as the patches do.

I had asked about it but since no one had ever seen another, I couldn't get any backstory. I've held onto it as I'm a nerd and my set wouldn't feel complete without it. But I might just sell it off now...

I've seen a few over the past 10 years, as I was going to complete this patch set way back. A guy in beckett marketplace had one for sale for years, but wanted an arm and a leg for it. I've seen 2 others pop up on eBay, but never pulled the trigger on them. There's also a whack of un-numbered patch cards floating around out there too. I guess they were replacements from pacific that got bought up by someone.

I personally own 5...Tkachuk, Nabokov Theoron Fluery, Turek, and Martin Brodeur (all nice patches..3color min)...but have seen many more. Im pretty sure I saw a blank Yzerman too. Im guessing there was at least one of every card in the set, but have no way to confirm that.

More likely extras for replacement stock that were cleared out after Pacific's inventory was sold off when it closed its' doors
