Can anyone give me some info on these when they were made BV and what other ones were in the set.I bought them a few years back but can't remember how much i paid.Thanks in advance.

Look an awful lot like the "proofs" scam from awhile back.

There from the highland mint they came with a certificate of authenticity from topps and the highland mint.
