This is an old term. I didn't give it much thought. What do you think, Bruce?

Not sure I understand this part:

Privacy - You are entitled to your privacy for pertinent personal information; however, by accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to allow HI to display your full name, city/town & state/province/country of residence.

So my name has to be given and displayed? To who?
