Yo crew.
So I spent my new years eve day and much of new years day aggregating all of the existing HI rules and policies etc into a single post. They were scattered everywhere and a proper document was long overdue. I added some new items, amended some others and further clarified some more. Then I shared with the forum leaders to get their feedback and now after all that work, we would like everyone to read them :whatthehell:
It isn't that bad of a read. And it's a reminder to all members of the expectations around these here parts.

It is important that everyone reads them and votes in the poll above that you have in fact read them AND agree to live with them.
And now for the tough love, anyone who hasn't voted by February 1, 2017 at 12:00PM Noon MST will be temporarily placed in the no-trade group until they are able to vote. An announcement placed in all HI forums will remain for a long time linking to this thread. So in due course all active members should be aware of our rules.
Your name, address and phone number you have on file with HI must be correct.
To update your name, mail address or phone number, do not PM, instead email [email protected] with your new info.

So now for the "hey this guy's gonna be a father in March nice-guy part", everyone that does vote by the deadline will get an entry into a draft for cards. Even non-donors are in on this one. Here are the prizes.
That's 19 different winners...so far.
