HELP - Can you identify this swatch?

Hey guys,
I picked up this card recently and I'm wondering where Drew Doughty would have worn a swatch this colour for the NHL. looks similar to Guelph Storm but the card says NHL game...

can anyone help?

QC error on behalf of UD, it would appear to be a Avalanche jersey.

Yeah, sure looks like Burgundy from an Avs jersey to me too.

My thought was a Guelph Storm jersey as well, only it doesn't seem like something UD would use. If it was a ITG card then I would absolutely think that it is a Storm jersey. Probably just an error.

I'd say 95% sure it's an error, with a small 5% chance of it being a Guelph jersey even though UD never seems to use junior jerseys.

Doughty did wear a LOT of gamers during his junior days with Guelph and every now and then the team sold one from their large stash or used them for local charity events. Maybe UD got one and used it in cards but I still doubt it. Until we see patches used with the same jersey colors on them that we can match to a Guelph jersey then assume this is an error.
