Help identifying a card (Luongo)

Just got a comc order in and noticed I had picked up the following card.

2010-11 Upper Deck Roberto Luongo #VAN-5

I went through my checklist, the SCF checklist, which is fantastic, google searches, etc.

I can't find record of this card.

I usually ad this to the oddball items in my inventory, but wanted to make sure of what it is first (I know, I'm a weirdo)

Is it a arena giveaway?
