Help identifying a card

I'm going to be talking to Brian Price sometime today - I'll ask him, but I assume these were SportCardExpo bonuses for buying a specific or special type box. I'm guessing they were likely 1/1s, although I think ITG and SportKings generally would mark them as such.

I have no idea about the Wheeler Collection thing in the slab, though.

I believe the seller, might at one time, have been a member here.
TRY mwheeler27 who also is also from Kansas, coincidence!

Here was his response. Totally legit stuff, but just no idea what I'm buying! If I buy... Lol

My biggest question is if it's actually a 1/1???

To answer your first question...I am the largest collector of the Sportkings brand. Beckett suggested I put my name, (and now registered trademark and logo), on all the labels of cards I get slabbed through BGS. That way people will always know they came from my collection. I took their advice, and have been doing it ever since. I have buyers in Japan that will only buy Topps cards from me if they have my name and logo on the labels. If you see this on a label, rest assured the card is 100% authentic.
So the cards in my collection were graded by me after I acquired them raw from manufacturers, either directly from on demand offerings, (like Topps NOW, etc.), opening sealed wax, or various redemption programs. This Luongo was a part of a Sportkings redemption program.
I believe the seller, might at one time, have a member here.

Spoke with Dr. Price today and he said it is a 1/1, they just didn't stamp it as such because it was a double-sided card and it would have looked weird.

He also said that guy has a CRAZY collection of ITG and SportKings stuff, and a brief look through his eBay store confirms that!
