I don't know if this is the card or not. But it would be hard to believe that this can be it since it's listed as 2002-23 but stamped from the 2004 all star game.

My guess is it's a handout at the all star game fantasy. If you opened a box at the ITG booth they would hand you some of the show stamped cards being numbered either 1/1 or xx/10. Just a guess though.

at the card show at the all star game they handed out these cards to people who went to the card show its just a show stamped 1/1 but a very nice card they use to do it at the toronto show and at a show in montreal on the BAP cards
