Help knowing if this Nameth RC is legit

I have a chance to bid on a local auction for this Nameth. I can inspect in person if need be. Can anyone here let me know if it appears legit. It has a disclaimer, so I don't want to put down money on a fake. Anything if I do inspect I should look for? Any help would be appreciated.

If its not graded I'd be very very skeptical. The picture isn't very good quality, but the yellow/gold on front looks too dark? I would personally stay away, but that's just me.
