Help needed from US/Canada based member

There is one card in ebay that i would like to get for my player collection but auction listing says like this:
"Due to problems with international bidders, WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BIDS FROM ANY OTHER COUNTRIES!!! "

So if anyone from US/Canada could win that card for me that would be great.
