Help needed with Identification of card.

I found this card in a box. I can't remember where it came from, or the title of the card.
It is from Revolution 1999-2000 (I think) it has gold coloring,and is stamped 1/1 on the front. it also has a "CSC Inc. " in gold lettering. I included pictures, if anybody can help with the identification, it would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

In the 2003 Anual Beckett it lists 3 1999-00 Revolution CSC Parallels:

CSC Copper: Randomly Inserted #/10
CSC Gold: Randomly Inserted #1/1
CSC Silver: Not Included in Packs. Only available to dealers who dealt with Continental Sports Cards in Canada... No print run info.

I guess you have a CSC Gold. GREAT CARD!!! Never seen any of these before so I'm glad to see yours to prove they do exist. Mike
