Help needed !

Hi everyone out there.

I need your help.
I am in trouble with an ebay seller, he will not accept my paypal payment
because I have an unconfirmed address.
The problem is I cannot confirm my address, because this is not possible for
german paypal user.
This has never been a problem the last 600 trade I made on ebay but now appears to be one.

Is there anyone out there who can help me ?!?
