Can anyone tell me how a buyer can file an "Item not received" dispute two weeks after he already left me positive feedback on eBay? I have since left him positive feedback and threw out the tracking info I had. Today I get hit with this and now my paypal account is on hold for almost $200. :| Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

how did you forward him the tracking info? if you sent him the tracking info through paypal message it should still be in the system. ebay sent messages? email sent messages? you can also point out that he already left you positive feedback to paypal.

Paypal does not acknowledge feedback as proof of receipt HOWEVER - your best route is to call paypal and talk to an agent (BE FIRM AND DO NOT BACK DOWN) if they still won't budge request a supervisor. I went through the exact scenario about 2 months ago and once I reached a supervisor the release om my account was immediate and funds were mine.

In the transaction details in Paypal -you can add the tracking info. Paypal will use this when they investigate.

I'll go you one better - for all PayPal transactions where I have tracking, I add the tracking info as soon as the card is shipped. Why wait?

Yeah I agree with Q. Once you as the seller ships the card add the tracking info immediately. It's just a hassle if you don't do it, as Paypal nowadays is like a flip of a coin!!!
