Help with a pretty common jersey - was it ever made?

The card I am asking about is the 2008-09 UD ICE Fresh Threads Zach Boychuk. I have seen (and own) quite a few of the PET /100 and PET Black /25, but have never seen the base jersey. Anyone else ever seen one?

interesting catch. I try to capture a picture of every card, one for non-numbered cards.. and guess what I do not have a scan of the regular jersey in my collection...
