as most of you know i collect macinnis cards, there is one on the bay fs and can realy use it for the pc. but here is the catch the seller has very low feedback, and most of the cards that he sold he sold them to the same people. mt question is.

would you buy from a seller with less than 10 sales?

Even the biggest PowerSellers on eBay start off somewhere, he could be another one in the making. If anything sellers just starting off are anxious to make a good name for themselves and will probably go above and beyond in terms of service. You might even be able to get the card cheaper if other bidders shy away from the low feedback. But to be safe, I suggest going with some kind of tracked shipping

Pay with a credit card through paypal. Just about as much protection as you can get.
