Help with item (01-02 topps auto puck)

Daily search of Luongo turned this up:

I remember them a bit, but any idea how many of each there are? I think it was a redemption. Any help would be great

IIRC they were a redemption in the 2001-02 Bowman Young Stars product. I have never seen a redemption card in person, but if it was anything similar to the 1998 Bowman CHL redemption you were given a random puck if you hit a redemption card ie a double crap shoot.
