Help with RC's in SPX

I have a couple questions with SPx as I'm confused on what's what and what I need to get for Phaneuf.

- What are the actual rookie cards in the set? The ones number out of /99?
- Why are some jersey cards /1999 and some auto/jersey cards /1499? WIll Phaneuf have both the jersey and auto/jersey?

Are there RC's /99? Phaneuf will only have the auto/jersey /1499. I think there is jersey RC's /1999, auto/jerseys /1499, and also non jersey or autographed RC's.
