Shortly, this is a thread where you can ask what does a card from a certain set look like. Often there are some rare parallels or inserts that you can't find a picture from Google or Ebay or Beckett Marketplace and want to know how cards in that set looks like. Hobby Insider members have a huge amount of cards and many members have scanned the rare cards from their collection, so now you have a place to post your requests.

And if someone wants to take this backwards i.e. show that "from this set a card looks like this", that's welcome too.

Here's a sample (and where this began from), 1999-00 SPx Spectrum

Thanks to The Great Zo for pictures!

If people have complete 'rainbows' especially of sets like Pacific from back in the day with 20 different minor variation a card, I would love to see lots of those.

I second this. Also, these Hobby-Retail pairs (02-04?) would be nice just to know which one is which.

Another one is that if someone has the full rainbow of 2010-11 or 2011-12 Certified cards, would be more than nice to see it.

And just to make sure, this doesn't have to be a "question-answer"-thread, if you feel like you want to show some cards, go ahead. The main idea is that unlike in most of the other threads, the card player matters nothing. If it is Andrei Zyuzin, it's just as good as Gretzky or Crosby.

In 1999-00 Pacific Omega 5 Star Talents (and Parallel), do the cards look the same except for the numbering? There's five (?) levels of those parallels numbered from /100 to 1/1.

The Omega 5 Star are a tiered set - think Black Diamond or 95-6 Topps Finest. A player will have only one card in the set at a specific level of rarity.

Is there any way to organize a thread after it has been created? I'm thinking a rolodex of the different cards from each set each year in order by date and by set. This would be a phenomenal tool. Is it possible?

I'd love to see the RAREST of the rare - 1999-00 Upper Deck Patches.

Not sure if his name is the same here as it is on Beckett, but IrbeFan4Life has a card I have wanted to pry from his cold, dead fingers for awhile

A 1999-00 Modano UD Patch that is just nasty. If you're reading this, I still want that card!!

00-01 Private Stock hobby is gold foil and retail is silver, plus the RC's are tougher in the hobby as they are #d less than the retail ones.

Does any have any of these cards.. 98-99 Be a Player Press Release

I see them on a lot of peoples wantlists, but have never seen any of them before....
