Verified Trader,
hey folks... just have something to get off my chest... also wanting some opinions. to me, a deal on HI isn't completed until both parties receive feedback. now i know that feedback isn't so important to some folks on here, but it is to me for some reason. and i really can't stand folks on here, or on ebay for that matter, that have the old "leave feedback for me and i will leave it for you" attitude. if that was the case and everyone had that attitude, no one would leave feedback AT ALL because no one would step up and leave it first.
anyway, i always leave feedback once the other person's end is fulfilled. if i am the seller, i will leave feedback once the payment is received. same for trades, once it comes in the mail and everything is ok, feedback is left. and i know that some folks on here are waaaaayyyyy too busy with other stuff to do anything beyond poking their heads in periodically, but i tend to send a polite reminder PM about feedback once i know that the item has been delivered (usually stateside via D/C). hell, i even had a jackwagon member on here not leave me feedback, and when i sent the reminder PM, he sent me a PM back, telling me that "things were kinda messed up from the get-go" and that if he left me feedback, it would probably be a neutral or negative, and that if i bugged him anymore that he would "tell Bruce" and have me suspended (yeah, okeeee...). funny thing is that this member didn't have a gripe at all about the sale, just about me requesting feedback.
now, my situation is that a sale was completed with a stateside member on here, who also happens to run a Beckett storefront. sure, i bet this person is busy with that business, and may even run a brick and mortar store too, i don't know... but the card was delivered over a week ago and this member has been signed on here several times since. no feedback... so i sent the friendly reminder PM, to no avail.
do i send another PM, and if no response, just blow it off? because when i sold this card (a Matt Duchene SPA future watch auto for $63 dlvd, which i am sure this member simply got it so it could be flipped for a profit), he sure had the time to PM me, haggling over the price, and setting up the transaction. just now that the transaction is completed, no reply...
