Higgins gone for 6 weeks

Well it's now official: TSN.CA

Montreal Canadiens forward Chris Higgins will miss six weeks of action after MRI results showed a partially torn ligament in his left ankle.

The injury occurred in the third period of a 2-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday (4 Nov 06) night.

Good news for Guillaume Latendresse.
