Hobby Store Expo Numbers

For my business investments project, I was thinking of doing hobby stores. I was wondering if anyone could help me by giving me a general idea of the numbers a hobby store expect to see in terms of costs and revenues in year 1 and so on. The Expo is of specific interest because other possible investments do not have an outlet that occurs two times a year and gives a store so much exposure. Therefore, if possible, I was wondering if anyone had an idea what the correlation was for the number of tables you get and the number of additional customers or purchases you get at the show and also during the year.

I know this is sensitive data and private, but because of that, I have very little to work with and any info is helpful.
