Above Average.
Rookies are great, Base Set looks solid.
Inserts are nice, Hometown Heroes look great.
The regular Jerseys... well, one reason why I didn't gave 'em 5 Points.
Notable Numbers would be much nicer without stickers and truly signed on the card, but that seems like a relict from long gone seasons.
Patches are always nice to see.
Rookies are great, Base Set looks solid.

Value wise these boxes are are bust. For $100 cdn 90% of the boxes will yield cards that you'd get lucky to sell for 1/4 of that price. I was looking forward to see cards of the newly acquired Pens like Recchi and Leclair but they are still pictured in their Flyers jersey in the insert sets. If it werent for the great crop of rookies this year everone would be complaining. I don't think they are worth the price and would much rather buy 3 boxes of the new MVP coming out for the same price as one UD 1.

Above average. Similar to the previous years. Not better, not worse, almost the same

Cros alone is a huge money card, and at 1:4 packs for YGs, there is an actual chance of pulling him.
The autos are nice. Simple, colorful design and a clear view of the auto. Band-aid kinda takes it down though
The jerseys are ok. The SPs make it interesting, and the patches are good too.
High gloss parallels are neat for player collectors - rare, and if you get a YG HG parallel...you may have hit a very expensive card. Still annoying as hell to get though.
