How does one not know their PayPal address?

Long story short I bought cards off a guy yesterday on eBay, he wants me to use the "pay now" feature. I don't see that. (Old eBay app on my phone?!???!?) but anyways he claims he doesn't know what his account is! Very frustrating indeed. /end rant.

Why not just update your Ebay app or use the desktop site?

Old phone can't update the app and I don't have access road computer right now.

Could you use your mobile browser to access the site and pay that way?
