How long is too long?

To wait for an Upper Deck replacement request.

I redeemed cards with Upper Deck in May of 2010 for 2008-09 cards. They obviously we not getting made so I had them redeemed. One of the cards was over $50 so I requested a specific player in return if possible. I made that request on July 21,2011. Should I have gotten my cards by now? I have never asked for a redemption before so was wondering if this was the norm.

Call them. They most likely will ask for a affidavit to be filled out if they claim the cards was shipped..what does your online redemption post indicate?

Still says it hasn't been sent. Still in my waiting to be be shipped out area, not my fulfilled area.

Call them. The CS person must have forgot to hit save when he/she entered your info
