How many Future Watch Auto Rookies Have Never Played an NHL Game?

At the begining of the season, at least Shane Bowers and Reid Duke had a FWA but 0 NHL games. Shane got a game in this year and Reid's NHL window may be closed.

Ignoring goalies where they only had to dress and didn't have to play, is Reid Duke the only FWA that has played 0 NHL games?

During Covid, Upper Deck gave a bunch of 'bubble' players rookies before they played in the NHL. For the most part, they have all made the show.
There remain 9 players who received 'bubble' rookies who otherwise have no business having an NHL card. They have still never played in the NHL. They are:
