More specifically 8 pounds 6oz....might change but I'll go with it. I am selling 11 07-08 UD ice sets on ebay....my fixed price is 55.00...not sure if that's too much. I'd like to get that price or close + shipping but I am worried that shipping will be too high. When using the calactor on USPS I was getting only shipping prices ofabove 50.00(to Canada)...which is not going to go well if the buyer is in Canada.

I am going to try this as an in US only auction....if I get inquires I might change. I'd probably be happy if I could get 3.00 a set if i could sell all at once

It appears with the service that I use that First Class Mail to Canada is only available up to 4lbs. Using International Priority brings you in at about $53 and change.

Not sure if there are other parcel rates you can use if you are at the Post Office but it would appear the shipping to Canada is going to be high.

on both canada post and USPS website there are postal rate quotes. enter in dimensions on package, its weight, and where it it going, usually gives a good esitmate.

Try bringing it to the post office and asking for the airmail option...for some reason online does not offer the standard service, just the expensive stuff...I have to take my international packages in and fill out the customs slip and it costs me nearly half as much.

Edit: This may apply only to lighter packages.

You can't send anything over 4lbs or 36" combined dimensions with first class. Anything over has to go Priority, and if the box is really big or oddly shaped, it might have an extra surcharge.
